Websites and IT for care providers

A website that matches your registration, email that works and systems that suit the size of your service. We set up the technology so you can get on with providing care.

What we set up

One partner for your website, email, hosting and the systems behind your service.

Websites for care providers

Domains and hosting

Registering and managing your domain and hosting, with SSL certificates and backups in place.

Maintenance and security

Updates, monitoring and fixes so your website stays secure and working, without you having to think about it.

Care and business software

Help choosing and setting up care planning, rostering and business systems that suit the size of your service.

Data protection support

Practical help with ICO registration, privacy notices and keeping personal information about the people you support safe.

How a website project works

From understanding your service to looking after the site once it is live. Choose a stage to see who does what.

Stage 1 of 6

Understand the service

We start with your registration, the people you support and who needs to find you online.

Your part

Share your Statement of Purpose, brand and any existing site.

Our part

Agree what you need, the timeline and the fee in writing.

Stage 2 of 6

Plan the content

Page structure and wording that is accurate, clear and consistent with your registration.

Your part

Confirm the facts about your service and approve the plan.

Our part

Write the content and plan the pages for search and accessibility.

Stage 3 of 6

Design

A design in your brand that works on phones first and is easy for everyone to use.

Your part

Review the designs and tell us what to change.

Our part

Design every page and share previews you can click through.

Stage 4 of 6

Build and test

We build the site, then test it on different devices and for speed and accessibility.

Your part

Check the test site and sign it off.

Our part

Build, test and fix until it is ready.

Stage 5 of 6

Go live

We publish the site, connect your domain and email, and set up search tools.

Your part

Give us access to your domain and hosting.

Our part

Launch, redirect old pages and submit the site to search engines.

Stage 6 of 6

Look after it

Ongoing updates, backups and changes as your service grows.

Keep the site secure, current and working.

Websites and IT questions

Still unsure what applies to you? Ask us directly.

Why does a care provider need a good website?

Families, commissioners, job applicants and inspectors all look you up. A clear, accurate website builds trust and helps referrals and recruitment.

Does my website have to match my registration?

It should. Your website should describe the same service, age range and support as your Statement of Purpose. Claims that go beyond your registration can cause problems with your regulator.

Do I have to show my CQC rating on my website?

Yes. CQC registered providers must display their most recent rating on their website once they have been rated. We set this up so it is clear and up to date.

Can you work with our existing website?

Yes. We can review and improve what you have, or rebuild it if that is the better option.

Need a website that works for your service?

Tell us what you have now and what you need, and we will suggest the right approach.
